👩🏽‍💻 The Role: Product Manager

We’re hiring a seasoned Product Manager to be the dedicated Product Manager for 2–3 founders at a time — their strategic partner, UX thinker, product brain, and operational engine.

As a Turbo PM, you own the full product lifecycle: strategy, scoping, prototypes, delivery, analytics, quality. You’re the connective tissue between founders, engineers, and AI agents. You make the work clear, the experience premium, and the progress fast.

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Own client outcomes. Manage 2–3 founders at once, set clear expectations, and deliver a 10-star experience.
• Turn vision into a plan. Translate messy ideas into goals, roadmaps, and prioritized weekly plans.
• Shape the work. Scope features end-to-end — prototypes, flows, specs, edge cases — without relying on engineers or designers to fill gaps.
• Partner with engineering. Work closely with a Technical Lead to unblock delivery, simplify solutions, answer most feasibility questions, and keep the squad shipping predictably.
• Lead with data. Define success metrics, write analytics specs, and answer “is this working?” with real insights.
• Own quality. You’re the last line of defense — stress-test every build, protect clients from surprises, and make sure what ships feels sharp, reliable, and worthy of Turbo’s and the client’s name.
• Shape how Turbo works. Propose and ship process improvements that make Turbo faster and more magical.
