Our client, a marketing and consulting firm, has commissioned us to find ten (10) Bilingual Advisors | Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone.

● Conduct customer analysis and take necessary action.

● Handle customer inquiries appropriately, ensuring high-quality service.

● Promote available products and services to customers.

● Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing customers.

● Cooperate effectively with other departments as needed.

● Contribute to teamwork by achieving expected results.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Professionals with technical or university degrees with incomplete studies, graduates, high school graduates, or degree holders in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Tourism and Hospitality, Communication Science, Commercial Aviation, or related fields to perform the job.

● Work experience in Customer Service (in person or call center) or Sales of intangible products in general.

● Advanced or native English.

● Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Intermediate level of MS Office.

BENEFITS:

● Salary of S/. 2,580.00 + Commissions.

● Entry into the general payroll with all benefits in accordance with the law.

WORKPLACE AND HOURS:

● Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day (changes may apply according to EU summer time).

● Hybrid work (progressive return to the office).
