Business Development Manager

Requirements:

• It is desirable to have a degree in Geological Engineering, Mining or similar.
• Experience in a master's degree or courses related to project management.
• 15 years of experience in similar positions.
• Advanced level English language proficiency.
• Mastery of SAP or Oracle at an intermediate level desirable (desirable)
• Excel proficiency at an advanced level.
• Have QP" certification in mining Qualified Person
• Experience validating reports on mining resources and reserves

Main responsibilities:

• Lead business opportunity search activities.
• Plan and control the operation in the short, medium and long term, which includes the stock remanagement plan, stacking in the Leach Pad and Dumps.
• Provide statistical information related to the deposit and mining activities, in order to help
• Be responsible for reserve evaluation studies, mineral valuation, sales and cost projections, and performance estimation.
• Ensure consistency in the geological interpretation of the site by supervising Geology work.
• Other duties assigned by supervision.
