👩🏽‍💻 The Role: Code Wizard

Turbo AI is on a mission to turn big ideas into blazing realities, and we need a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead the charge. In this role, you won’t just write code—you’ll shape dreams, building custom apps that delight our clients and advancing the AI tools that power Turbo’s magic.

We’re searching for a curious learner, a bold challenger, and a collaborative spirit—someone ready to bring great energy to the table and be energized by a team of passionate builders.

🎨 What You’ll Create

Every day, you’ll bring ideas to life by:

• Designing and implementing AI internal tools to supercharge our processes and take the quality of our projects to new heights.
• Creating and maintaining REST APIs written in Python, Django and Django Rest Framework
• Building and maintaining components in Javascript and NextJS / React.
• Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of deliverables that turn clients into superfans.
• Implementing secure, robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborating with Product, other developers, and teams to meet challenging goals.
• Contributing to Turbo’s culture and vision.

💻 What We’re Looking For

We never stop learning, and you’ll grow with us. To join the team, you need:

• 3+ years of experience developing applications with React; experience with NextJS is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with Python; ideally using Django Rest.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code solutions like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services; ideally with AWS.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub to contribute effectively to our projects.
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning and using new technologies.
• Natural leadership skills and a drive to win and learn quickly, both as an individual and as part of a team.

💯 Bonus points

You’ll shine even brighter if you have:

1. Experience working with high-growth startups.
2. Experience building products using LLMs or LLM-based agents. Ideally using Langchain.
3. Experience training AI models: building, cleaning datasets, setting up training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarks.
4. Experience building code generation or editing solutions.
5. A team-player mentality with a history of influencing and improving development processes.
