Resumen
Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for a Director of Recruitment (Solar & Construction)!
Note To Applicants
Our US-Based client is a fast-growing company focused on delivering high-quality solar energy and roofing solutions across Texas. As the company continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive recruiter to lead hiring efforts for our field operations and help build a scalable recruiting function.
About The Role
We are seeking a Director of Recruitment to design, build, and lead our entire recruiting function. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for creating scalable hiring processes, implementing recruiting technology, developing hiring metrics, and building a high-performing recruitment team.
You will partner closely with company leadership to forecast hiring needs, improve recruiting operations, and ensure we consistently attract and hire top talent across field operations, sales, and leadership positions.
In the early stages, you'll also remain actively involved in recruiting for business-critical roles while building the infrastructure that enables long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Operations
The standard schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. However, some flexibility is expected, as interviews may occasionally need to take place outside regular business hours to accommodate candidates' availability.
What We Offer
Note To Applicants
- Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.
- Application Language: Please submit your CV in English. Applications submitted in other languages will not be considered.
- Professional Presentation: We encourage you to showcase your professional experience by including a Loom video in the application form. While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.
- Interview Policy: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools during interviews are strictly prohibited.
- Note: As part of the final stages of the selection process, contractors may be asked to provide professional references for a reference check. If engaged, they may also be asked to update their LinkedIn profile. 🙂
